Catching public transport

Public transport is a great way to safely get to and from school.

Catching a bus

Please visit Transport NSWfor bus routes, stops and timetables to Auburn Public School.

Catching a train

Auburn Train Station is a 9 minute walk away straight down Auburn Road. Visit Transport NSW to check the train lines and timetables.

Driving and parking

The start and end of the school day are busy times for pedestrians and drivers outside schools.

When driving and parking near our school, please:

• ensure you park safely in school zones
• follow speed signs
• do not make U-turns or 3-point turns outside the school
• use the 2-hour free council parking available on Susan Street, just a short walk from the school.

By parking safely and walking a short distance, you can help keep our school zone safe for everyone.

Parking on school grounds

There is no available parking on school grounds. There is timed parking along the surrounding streets and the Auburn Council car park on Susan St, provides 2h of free parking.

Assisted School Travel Program

The Assisted School Travel Program is available for students who have been placed in our Support Unit. If you have accepted a Support Class placement for your child and would like to learn more about the program and see if your child is eligble, please contact us.
