Events
School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.
Our school event may include:

Athletics Carnival
Date: 12th of June
Our Athletics Carnival will be a fantastic day filled with energy, teamwork and school spirit! Students will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of track and field events, showcasing their athletic skills, determination and sportsmanship.
K-6 Assembly
Date: 19th of June
Our K–6 Assembly will be a wonderful opportunity to celebrate student achievements, showcase learning and come together as a school community. Students will enjoy performances, presentations and the recognition of outstanding effort and achievement across the school.

Green Slip Day
Date: 2nd of July
Green Slip Day is a reward day for students who stayed 'green' throughout the term, as part of our PBL behaviour program. Each stage holds a different Green Slip Day activity.

Spelling Bee Stage Finals
Date: 9th of June
Our Stage Spelling Bee Finals were a fantastic celebration of spelling, confidence and perseverance. Students showcased their impressive spelling skills and courage as they competed in front of their peers. We are incredibly proud of all participants for their effort and determination, and congratulations to our finalists and winners on an outstanding achievement!
Stage 1 Excursion- Taronga Zoo
Date: 21st of May
Stage 1 students enjoyed an exciting excursion to Taronga Zoo Sydney, where they explored a wide variety of animals and learned about habitats, adaptations, and conservation. This hands-on learning experience allowed students to deepen their understanding through engaging and interactive activities.
Cross Country
Date: Friday 24th April 2026
Our school Cross Country was an exciting event, with students showing determination, resilience and great sportsmanship throughout their races. It was fantastic to see everyone encouraging one another and striving to achieve their personal best on such a fun and active day!
Sydney Zoo Excursion Stage 3
Date: Friday 27th March 2026
Stage 3 participated in an excursion to support their learning in Science. The excursion was run at the zoo, where students engaged in a range of activities focused on animal adaptations and environmental conservation. Students explored how animals survive in their environments and learnt about the role humans can play in protecting wildlife.
Culture Connects Us All
Date: Thursday 26th March 2026
We warmly invited parents and families to join us for a special day at our school as we came together to recognise and appreciate the rich diversity within our community.
Throughout the day, there was a range of events, including a parents and staff luncheon, cultural performances, and the announcement of our Harmony Day competition winners.
Stage 2 Geography Incursion
Date: 27th March 2025
Stage 2 participated in an incursion to support their learning in Geography. The incursion was run by Ranger Jamie Tours. Students participated in different activities learning about how they can protect the environment.
Book Week
Date: 21st August 2025
Book Week is a special time at our school where we celebrate a love of reading. Students take part in fun activities throughout the week.
Open day
Date: 5th August 2025
School open day is an opportunity for students, parents and carers to get to know our school.
Indigenous Games Day
Date: 1st August 2025
We celebrated the end of NAIDOC week with Indigenous Games Day. Students participated in a variety of hands-on Indigenous games and read about the history of Indigenous Games.
Green Slip Day

Green Slip Day is a reward day for students who stayed 'green' throughout the term, as part of our PBL behaviour program. Each stage holds a different Green Slip Day activity.
SRC Fundraising
Date: Throughout the school year
Our SRC hold several fundraising events to raise funds for SRC chosen charities such as Red Nose Day and Jeans for Genes Day.
